Do you know how effective are your weight loss diet pills? and does hoodia would be effective pills for weight loss as i seen it on http://www.naturalherbalproductz.com

Pills should not be used for weight loss as whole, however they can be useful for a jumpstart (ie; getting started).

Last time I lost weight I used diet doctors for 2 months and then dumpted them.

    I don’t believe in weight loss diet pills. I think the only way to lose wait is through exercise and good dieting, and I don’t mean starving yourself.

    DONT use weight lose pills. all they do is make ur heart beat faster and u could get a heart attack. i would just change my diet and exercising plan.

    I know that for me, just a pill doesn’t work. I have to change the way I eat and add some exercise. I can’t win taking a pill and eating ice cream.

    Sometimes we look at the advertising that says "just take this pill" and we are taken in by the claims. First of all, if you read the fine print, you will see that in addition to swallowing the pills, you also have to "follow a healthy diet." There is just no fast answer. Beware of claims that promise you what seems too good to be true.

    If you weigh a huge amount, you should first see your doctor. He or she will explain what you have to do. If you don’t have a doctor, or can’t get to one, there are all sorts of health "diets" on the internet or in books at the library. You will find that they have one thing in common: Eating sensibly, from a variety fruits, vegetables, meats, fish. Very little "junk." But you CAN junk every once in a while so that you don’t get totally discouraged. But only allow yourself the junk one day a week. And only one piece of junk. Plan for this day and write down what you will eat on that day. And then eat it and get on with your life.

    For starters, do not eat chips, pretzels, cake, candy, sugary drinks, mayonnaise, fast food, etc. Eat a balanced meal three times a day. Don’t eat after about 8:00 in the evening. Have an apple or orange or piece of fruit once or twice between meals.

    If you pay for pills you are just paying for basically nothing. If a physician prescribes something and follows up with you, that is one thing. Do not order "diet pills" from the internet or take them from any other source. YOU WILL DO BETTER BY JUST EATING SENSIBLY.

    Weigh yourself in the morning on the same day of the week. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

    Please do not fall for the ads that say that there is a magic pill to take. Some of these pills can be harmful. The people putting them out are preying on people who are miserable and overweight. Don’t give in to them and let them laugh all the way to to the bank.

    Point is; do the lifestyle change while still doing the pills and then dump the pills ..because by then lifestyle will take over.
