what is happening to me plz help?
i rly wanted to shed sum lbs. so i took 2 of my moms nv rapid weight loss pills a few hours a ago and now my stomach is going all flippy and its making me sick! the thing sed 2 only take one n u had 2 b 18 or older but idc!
Your probably just not responding to them well. Your body is trying to get rid of them. I can't take them either and I'm 23, they make me very sick and irritable.
If you really wanna lose weight do it the old fashioned way, diet and excersize. Chew slowly, it takes the brain 20 minutes to realize the stomach is full. And try the lemon detox diet, but DO NOT GO OVERBOARD WITH IT! You are supposed to eat with it, it just gets all of the waste and toxins out of your body. If you only drink that it will cause damage to your body.
just the side effects, if it gets worse then tell someone, if ur serious about losing weight do a detoxication diet
