PostHeaderIcon What’s the best weight loss pill/ drink/ etc. to use?

I’m 16 and have a lot of fat on my stomach and thighs. I work out all the time so please don’t tell me to work out. I’m gonna use some form of a weight loss supplement so if someone could just tell me the best one to use (more weight loss, not many side effects) that would be awesome.

eat less carbs, especially the white processed stuff cause it tends to store in your stomach.

or your body shape with the heavy stomach and thighs might just be the way you are shaped. that or you are not doing the right exercises.

cardio will burn overall fat while toning exercises will concentrate certain areas.

if your stomach feels large all the time, you might just be bloated. eat less salt and drink more water.

diet supplements will just make you pee or poop more, they wont take away fat especially in just certain areas. but please feel free to hit up the local GNC and blow a bunch of cash on diet products cause if anyones dumb enough to believe that you can lose weight by taking a magic pill and not changing your diet or exercise habits deserves to lose money.

    It’s called "Fresh meat, chicken, fish, fruit and vege."

    Try taking it 3 times a day and you’ll only have good side effects.

    this is going to sound so stupid, but i take adderall. it doesn’t have that "make you concentrate more" effect on me, it makes my stomach feel more full from the littlest things, it gives you more energy to work out and burn calories, seems good to me.

    It is easy to lose weight.But you have to know how.And also of course you have to know how to lose weight healthy, because many method involves unhealthy activities such as pills with side effects, unhealthy diet plans and so on.
